Installation procedure of batch plant in detail

The installation of batch plant mainly completes the assembling of each system and components of concrete mixing station, which makes concrete mixing station a mechanical body capable of producing concrete after debugging.

I. Positioning and laying-out

Construction methods:

4. The relative position of the plane should meet the requirements of the manufacturer for the size error of the foundation, and the elevation control pile should meet the third-class leveling accuracy requirements.

II. Host Installation

Construction methods:

The main frame is hoisted, fixed on the foundation bolt, and the wind rope is pulled, the bolt is fastened, the elevation is found by the level, and then the bolt is tightened to meet the pre-tightening force standard required by the manufacturer. The main platform is assembled, and then lifted by crane (50T crane), lifted above the main support frame, slowly placed to a certain extent, the main frame and the main platform with pins connected, and then fixed with bolts. When installing the long track, the upper end of the long track is bolted to the main feeder rack to ensure that the upper and lower tracks are parallel. The bracket on the long track is welded with the bracket, and the lower end of the long track is fixed.

III. Installation of Control Room

Construction methods:

The control room bracket (assembled after leaving the factory) is hoisted on the basis of the control room, the position is located, and the bracket is fixed on the foundation embedded parts after adjusting the horizontal and vertical degrees. Hang the operating room above the bracket. After locating the position accurately, connect the top of the bracket with the bottom of the operating room with bolts, and tighten the bolts to meet the required pre-tightening force. The welding operation room is connected with the main machine ladder.

IV. Installation of Aggregate Batching System

Construction methods:

The frame of the aggregate silo is lifted and placed on the basis of the aggregate silo. The position is adjusted and fixed on the basis. The side plate on the side of the frame is supported, fixed with the hinge pin shaft, and the vertical plate is hoisted and fixed.

Quality requirements:

After cement batching plant installation, the belt conveyor outlet should be located above the hopper, and all the aggregates falling from the belt should be dropped into the hopper.

5. Installation of silos

Construction methods:

The parts of the silo are assembled one by one on the ground (ladder, cement feeding pipe, screw conveyor rope and other ancillary equipment). The silo is lifted and placed on the basis of the silo. The center line of the silo is adjusted in the same line with the center point of the foundation, and the silo is fixed on the basis.

6. Screw Conveyor

Construction methods:

The screw conveyor is assembled on the ground, lifted by a crane, and the material end is connected with the cement bin, and the outlet is connected with the measuring bucket of the cement metering scale.

VII. Waterway System

Construction methods:

The water supply tank is hoisted in place, the water pump is installed on the pump stand, and the rubber hose is installed on the support of the main building.

VIII. Installation of Electronic Systems

Construction methods:

Multi-core cables and aviation plugs are used in the control line, rubber cables are used in the power supply line, shielded cables are used in the sensor line and separated from the power line, and the connection can be made according to the figure.
