1. material weighing system

Material weighing system is a key component which affects the quality of concrete and the cost of concrete production. It is mainly divided into three parts: aggregate weighing, powder weighing and liquid weighing. All the weighing is controlled by electronic scale and microcomputer. The weighing accuracy of aggregate is less than 2%, and the weighing accuracy of cement, powder, water and admixture is less than 1%..

2. material storage system

The material available for concrete is basically the same. The aggregate is stacked in the open air (and there is a closed silo in the city’s large commercial concrete mixing plant); the powder is stored in a completely closed steel silo, and the admixtures are stored with steel structure containers.

3. control system

The control system of concrete mixing plant is the central nerve of the whole equipment. The control system has different functions and compounding according to the user’s different requirements and the size of the batch plant. In general, the control system of the small concrete batching plant, which can be used in the machinery at the construction site, is simple, and the system of the large concrete batching plant is relatively complex.

4. material conveying system

At present, the concrete batch plant has two ways: conveying hopper and conveying belt.

The advantages of hopper upgrading are small footprint and simple structure. The advantages of belt conveying are large conveying distance, high efficiency and low failure rate.

Belt conveying is mainly applied to mixing station with temporary storage bin, thereby increasing productivity of mixing station.

Powder transportation; concrete available powder mainly cement, fly ash and mineral powder. At present, the commonly used powder conveying mode is screw conveyor conveying, and pneumatic conveying and scraper conveying are used in large-scale mixing building. The advantages of screw conveying are simple structure, low cost and reliable use.

5. mixing host

The main engine of concrete mixing plant is divided into forced mixing and self falling mixing according to its mixing mode.

Compulsory concrete mixer is the mainstream of batch plant at home and abroad at present. It can mix many kinds of concrete, such as fluidity, semi-dry hardness and dry hardness. The self mixing concrete mixer mainly stirred liquid concrete, which is seldom used in the batch plant.
